Mixer is very nice.
Being 750 Watt it starts with a thud. One must have a very tight grip on the jar which is being used.
It's comfortable to have a tight grip on small jars while it's difficult to have a tight grip on the bigger jars. I think butterfly should provide bigger jars with the external locking system. Like 3 clipping locks on the cover of the jar so that it can be locked.

Its a reasonably god product at a price about of 3k. First use was good experience. Please follow the manual properly before setting your hands on the product. Water is must for this. Please apply reasonable share of water while preparing the batter. Otherwise, not only it will make noise but the stone will wear out faster. Post use wash is essential and with prescribed cleaning agents - soft clean with water should be good. Dont forget to wash the gap between the stone wheels and the axle. Use jet water by pressing your finger to the running tap. Use delicately, as if you are picking up your one-year-old child when dismantling to pour the batter.
The Plastic lid could have been better quality. Heavy duty rubber pads would have helped further to control the vibration. All such machines will have vibration - which is good - since it will not crack open the plastic. The vibration is absorbed by the surface below and extra rubber pads could add value.

The jars are enough for every purpose. Grinds/blends food fast.
But the knob is very loose. Has to be fitted evry 2-3 days. Also the latch on for the jars is very tight. Hence very difficult to remove. Especially if the jar has food in it, it is difficult to detach without spilling. The base is kind of triangular, so occupies lot of space on the kitchen counter.
